Arthritis Life

The UK's family-run inflammatory arthritis life insurance specialists

We're Andy, Sam and Luke Stevens. We're a real family, working side by side in Kent, and we've spent years making life insurance fairer for people with medical conditions.

Three generations of a family spending time together at home

We kept hearing from people who had been overcharged or declined by insurers who didn't understand their condition, so we built a specialist brokerage that does. Thousands of people across the UK have trusted us with their cover.

People with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis get a particular version of the unfairness we set out to fix: systems that treat every arthritis as the same thing, and prices that punish the very treatment keeping people well. We built Arthritis Life to do it properly, with advisers who know the difference between your condition and the next person's.

You'll never reach a call centre here. You'll speak to a named UK-based adviser who will be straight with you about what's possible, and about what isn't.

    Our family, looking after yours.

We also help people living with adult juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

    Co-Founder and Protection Specialist

Andy has spent more than thirty years placing life insurance for people insurers find difficult, including inflammatory arthritis, and he still speaks to clients himself. He co-founded Arthritis Life so that people living with arthritis get an adviser who understands modern rheumatology rather than a form that treats every type the same.
